Box Office Manager: A most important position, selling tickets at the Box Office. We need a person who can attend most of the concerts, make change, and be a pleasant greeter at the Box Office. In this position you will get to hear lots of great music for free.

PO Box monitor: The Palo Alto Philharmonic PO Box is in the Main Post Office at 2085 E. Bayshore Road in Palo Alto. We need a volunteer to go to the PO Box twice a week. All of our season ticket orders, bills, and other information in print form comes into this box. The President will give guidelines in distributing the mail.

Palo Alto Philharmonic Board: The current Board has eight members. We are actively recruiting additional members. The Board usually meets at 10am on the third Saturday of the Month although this date changes depending on concerts and availability of members. Most communication between Board members occurs at the meetings or via email. If you are interested in joining the Board please contact the Board president.
